Publishing - (a 100% PEA subsidiary) – Is a publisher of interactive software for all major platforms (PC, Video Game Console, Online and Hardware)

PMPF – (a 33% PEA Subsidiary) – Is an investment product house, designing investment strategies for individuals that are looking for an alternative investment in the Global market place, PMPF annual rate of return 19%.

I–LAB – (a 100% PEA Subsidiary) – Is a creative engineering house that designs, screenplays, television sitcoms, consumer reports and corporate videos.

Financial – (a 10% PEA Subsidiary) – Is a financial services house, that provides services in the areas of lending, financial administration and back office applications.

Artists Network – (a 100% PEA Subsidiary) – Is a network that connects Artists to commission work.

PCSC – (a 30% PEA Subsidiary) – Is a joint venture between three industry players, to form a low cost base for production services in Films, Television Content, and Documentary.

Artists Technical – (a 100% PEA Subsidiary) – Is a market leader in evaulation and development of new technologies, in the areas of consumer electronics and corporate communications.

2004

  • Launch – CP1 – a 7 media product platform.
  • After the Game – Documentary starts production
  • SAS – Documentary starts pre-production

2003

  • Two new Directors onto the PEA board;
  • Artists Treasurer was appointed;
  • Finalisation of Copyright owners of CP1;
  • Closing down SPX from operations;
  • PEA signs agreement with Barrenjoey Pictures and Dragonslayer to produce CP1;
  • Corporate restructure of PEA core divisions
  • New CEO appointed;
  • PEA sells Davenet;

2002

  • PEA plans to build a Film Studio base in Australia.
  • Announcement of the Group’s strategy to sell non-strategic assets;
  • Merger of 4 production companies to create PEA;
